FAST AND SIMPLE LOW CARB - LOW CAL MEAL IDEA

Fast and simple

SHIRITAKI NOODLE SOUP

2 cans of Chicken broth
Half an Onion- diced or chopped
3  cloves ofGarlic
Shiritaki noodle

Place broth chopped onion garlic
And if u want
Teaspoon of minced ginger
brung to a boil and simmer
For 15-25 Minutes jsut to get falvor of onion and garlic unto chicken broth
Turn off heat add Shiritaki noodles

You may add breakfast sausage rolled into small balls while simmering

BROCOLLI WITH OLIVE OIL N PARMESAND CHEESE

Microwave 2 heads of broccoli for 4 minutes ( a little longer if u like it softer, I like it a bit crunchy - MORE FIBER )

Drizzle with Olive oil season with salt pepper, bit of cumin n sprinkle of  Parmesan ..

Yummy
