CHICKEN KEBAB
2 Chicken breast -skinless cut into bites size cubes
2 Tbs Tilkka Masala
2 tbs low far plain yogurt
cumin to taste, I put half a teaspoon
1-2 tsp minced garlic
pinch of salt n pepper
mixed everything n marinated overnight or 2 hours prior to meal time.
Spray your griddle with Pam (I used organic canola) grill.
place on top of greens . I used baby arugula and baby spinach with a 2 tbsp of lemon vinaigrette .yummm. sometimes I add half an avocado and tomato . I don't usually finish the 2 breast one fills me up I let marinate more for later consumption !!!
It can be done..
I gained 15 lbs after a 50-60 pounds weight lost. I am starting this blog to share with everyone how I managed to loose the 60 and how I intend to loose the 18 -I regained . This blog chronicles my journey , failures and successes to a healthier me.

NEW APPROACH TO HIT ULTIMATE GOAL!!
It has Been a while since I last posted anything. Two reasons, got busy and got frustrated with that dreadful word PLATEAU.
After having lost 15 lbs I got stuck at 190 from 205. so frustrating. But it has been long enough and its time for a NEW APPROACH , DRIVE and ATTITUDE in order I hit my ultimate goal of 170 lbs!!. They say loosing the LAST 10-15 lbs is the hardest, I have just proven that to be true.
My dear friend Heiress Nelia Silverio, also struggling with weight issues has finally convinced me to try her approach, actually my, sister, Mengs Rojas is doing this and they both lost 40 lbs with the COHEN diet. Impressive.
She emailed me a list of recipes to select from and I started today.I looked through it and realized that it very similar with mine except for the "fat" part. High, High, Low Low ! Hi-protein - high fiber, low calorie., Low fat. HELLO!! !!! if that approach doesn't work I really don't know what will. Here are what I have selected for today.
Breakfast:
1/2 cup of Egg beater's
a cup of dandelion
1/4 cup baby spinach and arugula
1/2 and onion
4 Button mushrooms
Pam cooking spray. ( this is what I never used to be conscious about before cuz I fried everything on a hi protein diet and was a bit careless with oil so maybe this will make a diff)
Lunch

Pinch of salt and pepper
Pinch of garam masala
Pinch of cumin
Pinch of paprika
Pinch of turmeric
Pinch of splenda
Then add
Cubed chicken breast for 2 hours or overnight
Then skew on BBQ stick
And then heat a griller
And cook for a few minutes
Then serve with
SALAD
Greens
Green bell pepper
Onions
Tomatoes
BALSAMIC DRESSING
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. Olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
Dash of splenda
For Dinner
it;' off to DONATO ENOTECA FOR "PICO SALAD"
A BOWL OF SPRING GREENS, AND ZUCCHINI AND GRILLED PRAWNS
