I gained 15 lbs after a 50-60 pounds weight lost. I am starting this blog to share with everyone how I managed to loose the 60 and how I intend to loose the 18 -I regained . This blog chronicles my journey , failures and successes to a healthier me.

MORE EASY LOW CAL YUMMY RECIPES

CHICKEN KEBAB

2 Chicken breast -skinless cut into bites size cubes
2 Tbs Tilkka Masala
2 tbs low far plain yogurt
cumin to taste, I put half a teaspoon
1-2 tsp minced garlic
pinch of salt n pepper

mixed everything n marinated overnight or 2 hours prior to meal time.

Spray your griddle with Pam (I used organic canola) grill.

place on top of greens . I used baby arugula and baby spinach with a 2 tbsp of lemon vinaigrette .yummm. sometimes I add half an avocado and tomato . I don't usually finish the 2 breast one fills me up I let marinate more for later consumption !!!
