5:2 Diet - Back on the Saddle again- Cauliflower Mushroom Saute'

OK, Admitting , 5:2 worked for me in the beginning but have plateaued and gained a few.

Wanting for this to work as I know it could. I joined a 5:2 diet support group on Facebook and have been really inspired  by it member's many success stories. So riding the 5:2 horse once again. But this this time applying the lessons learned form my mistakes. No over indulging on feed days !! plain and simple.

Anyway, here is an additional low Cal recipe for both feed and fast days:

Cauliflower, Mushroom Saute"

Add Ingredient

Sauté' garlic onion, on low fire  with olive oil spray - low fire, let it cook slowly add mushrooms and cauliflower, add just a bit of water, mix , salt, pepper, cayenne to taste! So and cover till cook.

So good !
