5:2 Diet Fas Day 2 Week 4



Okay I thought I would fast Monday and Wednesday but I started the day so well that halfway through day I was only at 400 so I decided to go all the way and do the Fast .

I don't know what it was but the day seemed to go a little faster yesterday , perhaps, well not perhaps, I know because I was working and was all over the place. Working while fasting is good even just being out there. I can always shrug food off when I'm busy and active and distracted (off food) . But on a slow day, O..M.. G.. It can be a struggle.. Blogging is my antidote to a dreary rainy day like today!!

Luckily I am done with fast days for this week. But on high alert or should I say on guard for slipping down the "I can eat this , that and oh that too"mode. Another point I am realizing is on fast days I crave food at night (that is why on fast days I sleep early) but in the morning cravings go away to a point that I feel ready to fast another day. haha.
