5:2 Diet Week 6 Day 1 Fast

My wish was granted, 1st Fast day of week 6 turned out to be a hectic non stop, boom boom boom day that It went by so fast,  I was at less than 200 calories by 6 pm. YES Whenever I have 400 or so calories to spend on dinner I consider the day a successful fast day.

I need to succeed on this 5:2 diet. Lately my knees have been giving me a little problem from all the walking and hiking I have been doing and in effect affecting my balance. Gotta loose the weight to take some pressure off so that I may be able to go about with precision. I feel this  happens when there is less poundage to drag around and less gut to hinder flexibility.

Very happy indeed that at this point I have figured out how to fast without agonizing thoughts of food.    (staying busy active and reversing the "king's breakfast, princely lunch and pauper's dinner" philosophy while staying below or at 600 cal a day) This road I am trekking to good health maybe radical but I am feeling better and hopefully I am lowering my IGF 1 levels as well. The next step is to learn not to go over my caloric allowance  on feed days.

Weight in: 185.7 ( Getting stuck here , need to modify my feed days food intake , maybe more protein and veggies, than sugar , yes that's the culprit )
