5:2 Diet Week 7 Fast Day 2

This week I fasted Monday and today Wednesday.  Both days went smoothly. Beginning to shut down food cravings by simply telling myself "no thoughts of food today" and I seem to automatically and easily able not think nor crave. Like I said it is getting easier. This week I discovered ASPARAGUS. Dude. 7 oz grilled , olive spray salt and pepper only 46 calories. Also realized squid, which is one of my fave food,  has low caloric value.

I am not going to weigh in this week, I have plateaued at 185 for 2 weeks now so untill I know I have been really good on my feed days, I'll pass off with the scale. It's the Holidays and a martini or glass of wine do pack on the weight, even if it is water weight don't want to see it haha.
