I wish my fast days are as busy and fast like today. This day went so fast I didn't have time to think of food up until 6:30 pm and I had 500 calories plus to spend.
My father used to tell me have a "Kingsley breakfast, princely lunch and a pauper's dinner" Well I guess when one is on a 5:2 fast it's okay to do the reverse. For me, at least , since I crave food later in the day , it would be be wise for me to have the reserve 500 calories to spend at night.
I was out the door at 7 this morning headed for the flower market, where I had a cup of mix fruit, got back at 11:30 , worked on some paper work till 2 then off again to San Francisco for a meeting back at 6:00 to pause and prep for dinner YES. had a veggie burger , boiled egg and I was stuff and ready for bed. YAWN... poifect!!
