5:2 Diet Day 2 Fast Week 6

Another "fast" day. another wish granted, Today was super busy. It started with me spotting a rainbow, which has proven itself to be a real good sign.

After a cup of coffee at 8:30 am I was out the door headed for the flower market. While at the flower market I encountered my first temptation of the day. A vendor was serving breakfast as a Holiday treat, there were cookies, muffins, cakes, salmon BUT there were also fruits, English muffins.and poached eggs YES. So instead of asking for the salmon and sugary muffins I had half an English muffin, poached egg and some fruit.

At the Palace Hotel, where I was to do a presentation, lunch was served. I had anticipated that I would not fast today because of today's luncheon but I looked at the buffet spread and I thought a "fast"day was doable. I had a vegetable wrap and greens no dressing.

For dinner I blanched some of my favorite leafy vegetables and I was STUFFED, I meant really stuffed.

This is getting easy.
