CARB COUNTER is it good for you?
After loosing a substantial amount of weight, I plateaued at 15 lbs weight lost. then I discovered CARB MANAGER app . Applying and inputting food I intend to consume made me realize how much of the high glycemic food I was ingesting, on the other hand, it also allowed me to eat some of the food I was avoiding and was so afraid of before. Now I feel so un deprived and easily continue on a low carb lifestyle.
It not only track your carbs but your calories and fat total for the day..
So good.
I advise anyone to get one just a guide to a more focused weight lost regimen. its a way of training self at portion control. YES...
