LOW CARB SHRIMP QUESADILLA- YUMMM

SHRIMP QUESADILLA

CUP OF SHRIMPS
GARLIC
MEXICAN CHEESE MIX
SPRING ONIONS
LOW CARB TORTILLA
BITABUTTAH (bit of butter... hmmmm   bout a tablespoon?)

SAUTE SHRIMP IN GARLIC AND BITABUTTAH , PEEL THE SHELL OFF AND SET  ASIDE.CUT  INTO 2 A WHOLE WHOLE, (PLATE SIZE) LOW CARB TORTILLA  (6 G NET CARB) ADD SHRIMPS (AS MUCH AS YOU CAN FIT INTO IT) TOP WITH MEXICAN MIX CHEESE, AND SPRINKLE CUT UP SPRING ONIONS. THEN THE OTHER TORTILLA HALF.

IN A BIG PAN MELT BITTABUTAH PLACE YOUR CONSTRUCTED QUESADILLA ON MEDIUM HEAT, BROWN ONE SIDE THE FLIP TILL OTHER SIDE IS BROWN AND CHEESE MELTED.

CUT INTO BITE PIECES. SERVE HOT YUMMMMMMM
